Dr Keng has been with the practice full time since 2014. He qualified from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland in 1998 and trained in a variety of disciplines throughout England and Scotland before completing his specialist training in General Practice in 2006. He worked full time in family medicine, acute out of hours care and medical student teaching in Hampshire, England until his move to Australia in 2014.

He has a particular interest in diabetes and chronic illness, men's health and minor surgery/ procedures including iron infusions. He also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

Away from work, he holds a Diploma in Photography and is a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society. He plays the cello and is part of a community orchestra based in North Fremantle. He enjoys cycling and the arts.

Dr Keng is not taking new patients at the moment.

Dr Keng is a Mixed Billing doctor. All standard consultations (face to face & telephone) may attract a gap fee between $20 to $40 depending on the length and complexity of the consultation. Patients will generally not be privately billed more than once every 3 to 4 months and he might choose to bulk bill when it is appropriate e.g. financial hardship, palliative care, bereavement & compassionate care, practice-initiated health and test recalls.

The following patient groups will be bulk billed:
Children under the age of 16 years
Adults aged 80 and over
Pension / HCC card holders
DVA (Gold +/- ? White card)

Dr Wytske Tulp studied medicine in The Netherlands and she graduated from medical school in 2006. She completed general practice training in 2011 and then spent the next two years working in general practice in the northern suburbs of Perth.

She subsequently continued to work in general practice in Amsterdam until her move back to Perth in 2016. She gained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017 and is a WAGPET accredited GP supervisor with a special interest in medical education.

She is an authorised prescriber of suboxone and methadone, and she has skills in Implanon and IUCD insertion.

Dr Wytske Tulp is not taking new patients.

Dr Boston qualified as a GP in Hampshire UK in 2006 where she worked until her family’s relocation to Australia in 2016. Her postgraduate qualifications include the Diploma in Child Health, Diploma in Family Planning and specialist training in General Practice.

Dr Boston enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has a particular interest in Paediatrics/Child Health, Women’s Health and Antenatal/Postnatal Care, Chronic Disease Management, Breast cancer and Cancer care in general.

Dr Boston has a compassionate and caring approach with people of all ages and backgrounds.

She also has an interest in medical education and is the organiser of our clinician in-house educational programme as well as being a WAGPET accredited GP supervisor.

Dr Gisela Boston is not taking new patients.

Dr Boston is a Private billing doctor.

Dr Soliman obtained his medical degree at the University of Western Australia and has worked at several hospitals in Perth including Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital and Joondalup Health Campus. He has a broad range of experience in geriatric, internal and acute care medicine with a specific interest in chronic disease management and urgent care. Outside of work Dr Soliman enjoys travelling, hiking and basketball.

Dr Soliman is a Private billing doctor.

Dr Sam Maurice graduated in the year 2000 and has been working as a general practitioner for over 16 years. He has extensive experience working in rural and remote areas of Western Australia.

He has special interests in chronic disease management, paediatrics and mental health and is fluent in Arabic.

Dr Masoud is a Mixed Billing doctor. Children under 16 and pension/ concession card holders will be bulk billed Monday to Friday. Saturday's consultations will be privately billed.

Dr Lucas is locally trained in Perth. Since she graduated from the University of Western Australia, she has worked at major hospitals around Perth including Perth Children’s Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, and Joondalup Hospital. Adding to her experience, she has postgraduate qualifications in children’s health, obstetrics, gynecology, and public health.

With a keen interest in the health of young families, Dr Lucas enjoys helping patients of all ages. Additionally, Dr Lucas is available for simple skin procedures and minor surgeries.

Dr Karen Graindorge is a UK trained GP, who qualified from Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2004 and completed her General Practice training in 2008. She emigrated to Perth in 2019.

She prides herself on being a good listener and having good communication skills. She has an empathic and compassionate approach to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

She enjoys all areas of general practice, but her interest areas include all aspects of women’s health, (including IUD and implanon insertion), sexual health, preventative medicine, managing obesity, chronic disease management, children’s health, neurodiversity and skin cancer medicine. When not at work she is kept busy looking after her three children, and enjoys the gym, reading, walking her Border Collie, and getting away camping in WA.

She enjoys all areas of general practice, but her interest areas include all aspects of women’s health, (including IUD and implanon insertion), sexual health, preventative medicine, managing obesity, chronic disease management, children’s health, neurodiversity and skin cancer medicine. Dr Louisa Frew is a locally trained GP registrar. After completing a postgraduate medical degree at UWA in 2016, she gained experience in a number of Perth hospitals, including Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Perth Childrens Hospital. She has a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health, and is working towards accreditation in Neuroprotective Developmental Care to provide evidence based breastfeeding and infant care support to families.

Louisa believes in providing holistic, person-centred care across the lifespan with a focus on preventative medicine. Her special interests include child and adolescent health, sexual health, and breastfeeding medicine, but she enjoys the full breadth of general primary care medicine.

Her interests outside of work include yoga, environmental advocacy and spending time outdoors with her young family.
